My current WPM is a sad 50, but I would like to get it up to 100 WPM. For being a programmer, it may be surprising that my typing speed is so slow, but for the longest time I had to stare at the keyboard in order to not mess up. I am getting a lot better now, so typing isn't as much of a hassle. I remember in 6th grade my Science Teacher said she could type 200 WPM, but now I am having doubts because I think im going fast when I type at 60. First I am a Clarkson Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, no not Computer Science, they are in fact very different (maybe very is a stretch but still) These days I spend my time making websites, fun web tools, DJing, and playing Minecraft or my new obsession, Typeracer.
